Going through life with a disability can be particularly challenging for individuals residing in remote areas, where access to essential mobility devices is limited.

To address this issue, the Australian Government partnered with Motivation Australia in 2014 to launch the Mobility Device Service (MDS) in Samoa, aiming to empower those with disabilities to live the fulfilling lives they deserve.
